Amity View is a very comfortable fully self contained modern house, located in Parade St Albany. It is only a 450m walk to the cafes on the main street of the inner city.
The house facilities will enable up to a maximum of 6 persons to stay at a time and our pricing will vary according to number of guests and bedrooms which you have booked.
There is a total of 3 bedrooms, each with a Queensize bed, dual control electric blankets. The main bedroom has an ensuite shower and toilet, whilst the second bathroom has a shower, bath and separate toilet.
The fully equipped kitchen includes, Induction Cooktop, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher. Bring your own preferred choice of Coffee Pods or use ours, for the Nespresso Coffee Pod Machine.
There is Free unlimited WiFi Internet. NetFlix & Amazon Prime are provided to the TV's in both the Home Theatre and Lounge.
There's a reverse cycle Air Conditioner and plenty of hot water.
A baby portacot and high chair is also provided free of charge with guests to provide their own cot linen and cot blankets.
All bed linen and towels are provided and have been professionally cleaned. You only need to bring Beach Towels and a book to relax. The house is freshly prepared for each of our new visitors. The laundry has a washing machine & tumble clothes dryer.
Covered Patio with an outdoor setting. (Note: there is no BBQ).
Onsite Parking is provided for 3 vehicles and there is also plenty of free on-street parking in marked bays for visitors.
The home is approved by the City of Albany for use as Holiday Accommodation.
There's lots to do and the scenery is magnificent. Situated on the rise of Parade Street, Amity View overlooks the harbour and is only a short 450m walk to shops, cafes, pubs, growers food markets, historic buildings, Princess Royal Harbour and the local cultural scene. A 30min walk away is Middleton Beach, Mt Clarence and a number of historic walks.

PET POLICY : Prior arrangements to bring pets must be sought from the Owners.
Only after being granted permission by the owners, then a maximum of 2 Pets may be allowed to stay.
PRICING : Our advertised base pricing allows for two persons occupying one bedroom. If a second or third bedroom is required, please advise and an extra charge will be applied.
For each extra guest above the initial two persons, an additional person or bedroom charge will be incurred.
An itemised quotation, will be provided by HomeAway at the time of your booking, according to the total number of persons you have nominated to be staying.
GUEST NUMBERS :
The maximum allowed Guest Numbers are strictly limited to a total of six paying guests.
No additional persons may sleep on the floor of the house or camp outside in tents, campers or in vehicles.
